Welcome to ToyZen.pk. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon arrival:
- Opened or used products
- Products with missing parts or damaged packaging caused by the customer
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
4. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- The same item (if available)
- A different item of equal value
- Store credit for future purchases
Any price difference for exchanged items must be paid by the customer or will be refunded accordingly.
5. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may be issued for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect products shipped by ToyZen.pk
- Orders canceled before shipment
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), ToyZen.pk will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.
8. Processing Time
- Return/Exchange request review: 1–3 business days
- Replacement shipment (if approved): 3–7 business days
- Refund processing: 7–14 business days
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
